Vicky was a Regional Attendant in 1992. During her reign she enjoyed doing promotions with her high school and college friend Shelly (Marti) Hunnicutt. “Serving ice cream cones and handing out ribbons at the county fair were a blast! It was fun to dress in formals and feel like a “real” princess for coronations and parades!” Vicky has been married for 15 years to her husband Jody Beltz. They have 2 children: Jared (12) and Alexandra (10). Vicky has worked full time as a Registered Nurse-Emergency Medicine at New Ulm Medical Center for the past 14 years. To current princesses, Vicky says, “Be yourself, be confident, stress/emphasize the family values from living on a family dairy farm that are all too forgotten in today’s society.” Vicky says her family LOVES dairy, especially ice cream! “I have a ritual of making an ice cream smoothie or shake for my kids before bed. We just learned that we have to exercise daily to be able to eat that much ice cream!”
